If you've been listening to the podcast for any length of time, you'll know that I consider Rebel to be the most important living thing on the planet. This is my guy. So I would never, ever, consider giving him any food I didn't think was the best for him. I would never, in a million years, ask you to give any food to your pet that I didn't think was the best.

When I first started talking to the folks at Bright Pet Nutrtition about By Nature pet foods, my only questions, and I had a lot of them, were about the food and if it's good for Rebel (and now, my cat, Alabama). I'll tell you, they had every answer and more. So I am now comfortable giving By Nature to Rebel and Alabama, and comfortable telling you it's the best food you can give your pets. To give it a try, go to this link at Chewy and use promo code RTRS20 for 20% off your first By Nature order.
Why is it better? I'm going to explain this as a layperson, because that's how I understand it. It's cooked better, it's got better ingredients, and it's got more of them.
By Nature pet food is slow-cooked in small batches. I know this sounds like something you'd hear about in a commercial for human food, but it's true. Cooking it slowly is better because it allows the food to keep more of its nutrients. This is better for your dog or cat.
By Nature pet food has what they call superfusion. What it basically means is they use superfoods that are nutrient dense to make your pet healthier. Again, something you'd hear about human stuff. Blueberries, apple cider vinegar, spinach, ginger and coconut oil are all in there. And no corn, no soy, no by-products.
By Nature pet food has the right amount of animal protein. Now we both know I'm not eating any animal protein, but I'm not Rebel. Just make sure you look at the FIRST ingredient, and it's always the animal protein (in Rebel's case, salmon).
I even ate some of it on this weekend's new pod. You can see it happen on our YouTube channel. I'm not saying you should do this, but I am saying, you should give By Nature a try (promo code RTRS20).
I know pet food choices can be personal... if you love yours, stick with it. All good! Lots of good ways to keep your pet healthy. Just know I believe in this one.
Basketball is actually coming?! So we took a pod off from bowlers and musicians to have ESPN's Kevin Arnovitz on the podcast to talk about the return to play, and how great we are. Thanks Kevin!
Two days left to order Mike and Patrick's script for Brotherly Love, the sitcom script they wrote based on Ben Simmons' life. The networks' loss is your gain. Remember, every cent of your $5 goes to Coded By Kids and the Providence Animal Center, and then Touchstone Electric Fireplaces (promo code TTP for 15% off) will double that donation. Just do it.
