MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Begley went a bit further and mentioned that as early as this week, some very influential Sixers execs were all in on going all in for KD. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM x1000. Ok time to react:
-I initially took this as "Celts/Raptors/Heat won't get serious so let's stir the pot a bit, on the Nets part, but throw in the fact that a few Sixers beats pretty much confirmed that mutual interest exists and the rekindled Harden/KD BFF-ship, ok, ok let's just see.
-Any deal is absolutely going to have to include patron son and saint, Tyrese Maxey so let's go right ahead and get that out there. Also, the Mad Max discourse is nasty considering the Sixers are really really absent of valuable assets due to the post Hinkie and pre Morey regimes going buckwild in the name of sure why not, so unfortunately, his name will always come up in these kinds of talks because well, he's an extremely valuable asset and very good young player. That said, if you're serious about the kind of roster you want around Joel Embiid, I can't see not putting all your chips in and praying to high heaven this thing comes together in 82 short games.
-The Sixers are seen as a desirable landing spot. THE MOTHERFUCKING PROCESS WORKED.
