Exciting So Far
Defense, Defense, Defense. Every single person almost has been preaching defensive effort and how the idea has already been about setting the tone as being the more energetic, more physical team every night. Here's what excites me about that, this team got pushed around far too many times for my (our) liking last year pre and post Harden, and secondly, I'm a huge believer in turning defense into offense. Also, this is the first time in quite some time I've seen this coaching staff attempt to provide an identity and I'm absolutely willing to see if they follow through on it.

Already paying dividends. Love that he's making himself heard and that he continues to acknowledge that Joel Embiid was a big part of him wanting to come here. Of course, the three guaranteed years played a huge part but yes, all good things regardless.
