As unbelievable as this offseason has been, we cannot forget what happened in May of 2026.
The Sixers battled back from a 3-1 deficit to beat the Celtics in the first round of the playoffs. It was shocking. The Celtics were monster favorites in the series, entered the playoffs favorites to win the Eastern Conference, and they are the Celtics and we are the Sixers.
Though the playoffs lasted only four more games for the Sixers, we promised never to forget the joy of this series. So in true August fashion, we will relive it.
Starting with this Wednesday’s podcast, we will re-watch the games and discuss them. The first pod will be Game 1 and Game 2, the second pod (next weekend) will be Game 3 and Game 4, and the final three games will be one pod each.
Of course, you should watch the games too before the pods happen. There are a few ways to do it, assuming you don’t have it saved on your DVR.
